Photo ID (passport/Driving Licence/BRP

Enhanced DBS (or have one accessible on the Update Service)

CV

Contactable References

Proof of registration as Self Employed with HMRC (if you aren’t yet registered, we can guide you with this easy process)

Proof of Training

In accordance with Client requirements, you may be asked for proof of COVID vaccination status. All current Carers introduced are fully vaccinated.

Self Employed Carers should be following Government guidelines regarding Coronavirus.

Whilst with a client introduced through Private Care Dorchester you can expect to receive free Carer Insurance whilst on duty and we do offer free online training once you have been with Private Care Dorchester for 3 months and continue to be introduced through Private Care Dorchester.
